The weather is cooling down and we got our hot tub all cleaned and filled, ready to enjoy that evening. Went to plug it in and heard a terrible sound coming from the plug itself. Turns out through the summer there was water intrusion that damaged the plug, heartbreaking. Our only local spa store doesn't keep anything in stock and jacks the price up an obscene amount, so we were thrilled to find the exact same plug available on Amazon with two day shipping for a fraction of the price. Received on time, swapped out the plugs, and everything is right in the world again.
The plug manufacturer recommended this replacement product. Plug was easy to install and is better quality than the original one that came on our Rug Doctor.
The GFI plug on our Jacuzzi 200 went out. I searched Amazon for the part number and found this exact replacement. All I had to do was take the old one apart and put the same wire ends into the new plug. Super easy. I added a small amount of Dielectric Grease on the bare wires before inserting them into the clamp. Works and looks like new.

I was concerned since I couldn't find the exact model #30435 which goes to a pressure washer with only a two pronged cord, no ground wire. However, I found just hooking up the black and white wires works fine. It appears to do it's "clicking" that indicates it's GFCI function. It also has a great water proofing gasket and cord sealer, important for the environment pressure washers are used in.
